1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Window: You must initiate your refund request within 60 days from the date of delivery. This extended period gives you time to test your apparel in real workouts—whether you’re checking if leggings fit during squats or if a jacket layers well for outdoor runs—without feeling rushed.
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original state, with all tags, packaging, and hygiene components intact. Specific requirements include:
- Leggings, Tops, and Jackets: No signs of wear, stretching, or stains (e.g., no sweat marks, deodorant residue, or pilling from use). Elastic bands must retain their shape, and seams must be unbroken.
- Sports Bras: Original hygiene liners must be unremoved, and underwire (if applicable) must be undamaged. Straps should show no signs of adjustment or stretching.
- Accessories (e.g., gym bags, headbands): Unused with all tags attached and packaging unopened (if applicable).
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or confirmation email is required to verify your purchase was made directly through Younglr.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or significantly misrepresented:
- Used Apparel: Fitness gear that shows signs of wear (e.g., leggings with stretched seams, sports bras with faded logos, or tanks with sweat stains) is non-refundable, as wear affects its quality for future customers.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Apparel with custom prints, monograms, or tailored alterations—these items are made to your unique specifications and cannot be resold.
- Items Without Tags/Packaging: Products missing original tags, hygiene stickers, or packaging (e.g., a sports bra with the size tag removed) cannot be returned, as we can’t verify their condition.
- Items Returned Late: Products returned after the 60-day window, unless delayed by circumstances beyond your control (e.g., shipping disruptions due to extreme weather), in which case we may make exceptions at our discretion.
3. Refund Process
